Even though the “customer” comes first, it’s a service where the customer is not always right. In many cases, the customer does not want to be a customer at all. As care providers, we serve people who are often at the most vulnerable times in their lives, and we are responsible for communicating with them, and in some cases, delivering news that can be devastating to an individual or a family. So, in that sense, the environment is very sensitive.

Autumn Aged Care is 100% dedicated to the residents we care for and support to live well. We are avid learners dedicated to progressive ways – much of our progress is via focussing compassionate and caring minds to resolve real problems that make the lives of our residents and staff better. Many of these solutions are award-worthy. We participate in annual best practice conferences and across world best practice and rapidly implement ideas that fit and improve our workplaces.

The Autumn Aged Care Executive Leadership Team consists of six residential aged care professionals – including the owner, five executives and a practising Aged Care Quality Expert. Our team brings together combined expertise in a range of relevant fields, including care, risk and business management, leadership and governance, quality and compliance, facility development, guiding the Group to achieving excellence in residential aged care operations and service delivery.
