The Autumn Aged Care Melbourne Executive Leadership Team brings deep experience across clinical care, risk and business management, governance, quality and compliance, and facility development, supporting excellence in residential aged care operations and service delivery.

Kim Dyason

(REGISTERED NURSE, MASTERS IN NURSING HEALTH SCIENCES – GERONTICS (HONOURS), GRAD. DIP IN ADVANCED DEMENTIA)

Executive Director of Nursing

Kim has worked with Autumn Aged Care since 2009. With close to 30 years residential aged care experience, Kim has undertaken a broad range of nursing roles including Registered Nurse in Charge and Director and for the past five years Executive Director of Nursing. Kim is passionate about resident outcomes and care and is unfailingly pragmatic in her ability to match our workforce skills, organisational policies and work processes to systematically deliver high standards of care. Kim is extremely customer focused and advocates making each moment a meaningful opportunity to connect with residents. Highly educated and exceedingly energetic and personal, Kim leads Autumn Aged Care in care and culture. Kim splits her time visiting our homes and working with staff to overcome challenges and working on new programs and initiatives from the executive office. Kim has a unique ability to innovate and lead practice change while motivating and inspiring the workforce. Kim brings a happy, optimistic, energetic professionalism with her approach and few aged care professionals could match her CV.

John Morgan

Executive Finance Manager

John has worked with Autumn Aged Care since 2007 and his previous experience includes an accountant role with Price waterhouse Coopers. John monitors the financial management of each home, ensuring sound financial management. John worked with Ross back in 2000 while Ross was a Director and then subsequently the Chairman of the Board of the Tenants Union of Victoria (TUV). Ross asked John to be the Executive Finance Manager of Autumn Care when he left the TUV. John is not only an accomplished Finance Executive but also a great teacher and leader. John has a hands-on approach and personal experience with a loved one receiving services from Autumn Aged Care. John gives significant personal time to rehoming greyhounds with his work with Greyt Greys Rescue.

Camille Clifton

(Bachelor of Computer Science and a Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Accounting)

Executive Admin & Finance Manager

Camille has dedicated over two decades to the aged care industry, her journey beginning in 2002. For nine years, Camille served as the Administration Manager and managed accounts in a family-owned aged care business. This foundational
experience honed her skills in navigating the unique challenges of the industry, laying the groundwork for her future service to the industry. In 2011, Camille transitioned to Menarock Aged Care Services, where she started as a member of the Finance Team, and later moved into the role of Group Finance and Admin Manager. Her tenure of nine years was marked by financial management and reporting, leading the Finance Team, proficiency in government funding structures, resident fees and charges, payroll and Work Cover claims administration. In 2020, Camille brought her wealth of experience to Autumn Aged Care as the Admin & Finance Manager. Ascending to an executive role, she employs her robust leadership skills to drive and support the Administration Team. Simultaneously, she actively contributes to shaping the financial destiny of the organization, seamlessly combining her administrative finesse with an in-depth understanding of government funding intricacies and resident payment dynamics.
