Our values include the delivery of clinical excellence therefore we pride ourselves on delivering excellent clinical services to our residents. The clinical care team within each home comprises of the Director of Nursing and experienced Clinical Care Coordinators who are all qualified Registered Nurses.

Registered nurses are on duty at our home 24 hours a day, seven days a week and supported by Enrolled Nurses and Personal Care Staff who have achieved a minimum Certificate 3 level. Each community has established rostered staff who are allocated to work in specific communities ongoing, providing the opportunity to develop care partnerships and relationships with residents, this support consistency of care delivery.

The care teams within the homes are supported by executive managers who provide leadership and management across the clinical programs, quality and operations.

Our staffing model and allocations are related to our residents’ individual needs which are continuously monitored and documented on care plans, these are adjusted to ensure the continuity and quality of care to residents is maintained.
