Autumn Aged Care approach to restorative care is in collaboration with the resident to ensure that goals and priorities are clear, we also have a multi-disciplinary approach to ensure the appropriate services are provided. Our physiotherapy team work with our registered nurses and care team to manage fractures following a hospital stay, set restorative care plans and establish reconditioning programs.
We understand how important independence is for residents. Wellness, enablement and restorative approaches are emerging as powerful ways to help older people improve their function, independence and quality of life.
