Kim has worked with Autumn Aged Care since 2009. With close to 30 years residential aged care experience, Kim has undertaken a broad range of nursing roles including Registered Nurse in Charge and Director and for the past five years Executive Director of Nursing. Kim is passionate about resident outcomes and care and is unfailingly pragmatic in her ability to match our workforce skills, organisational policies and work processes to systematically deliver high standards of care. Kim is extremely customer focused and advocates making each moment a meaningful opportunity to connect with residents. Highly educated and exceedingly energetic and personal, Kim leads Autumn Aged Care in care and culture. Kim splits her time visiting our homes and working with staff to overcome challenges and working on new programs and initiatives from the executive office.
